I was pleased with Preston Audi and would recommend them because after having a bad experience with another Audi dealership I contacted Preston and spoke to Ifan who reassured me it would be smooth process in ordering the car I wanted and I couldn’t be happier with the service I got. Whilst I appreciated their policy wasn’t to hand cars over on a Saturday Ifan made an exception as he knew I wanted my husband with me especially having not driven an electric car before and even though he wouldn’t be in that particular weekend, he made arrangements with his colleague to do the handover. Therefore special thanks to both Ifan and Michael. NB: my husband also picked his car up from Ifan a few days before me and then picking my car up, my daughter also purchased a car.

I'd definitely recommend Preston Audi to friends and family because the communication has been fantastic throughout the purchase and Darren and Mike really wanted to ensure everything was right with excellent attention to detail. great pricing and a team that care .Darren even followed up twice during is holiday to ensure everything was OK .Excellent service received throughout -simply the best !
